In need of repair to prevent water damage to the foundation, classrooms, and flooding in the foyer. Regrading and a drain will be installed.
Fence
The chain link fence will be replaced with a more attractive and functional fencing to provide enhanced security.
Permanent Structure
Installation of a permanent structure to cover the patio and allow for three-season outdoor use of the space.
Irrigation
Designed to divert water to the landscaping beds and the garden, it will prevent water damage and flooding in the building while keeping the garden healthy and allow us to continue to serve the community by providing fresh vegetables to those in need.
